Mayor Michael J. McGlynn is the "Dean of Mayors" in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts...meaning, he's been in office going on 24 years, that's 7 years or so longer than Boston's Mayor Menino.While Menino is doing a good job, McGlynn is slipping. His regime is all about deals and ribbon cutting, the City Council yelling their usual "theatrics" (McGlynn's choice of word) but not doing anything substantial to help constituents...like Public Records Requests or holding McGlynn accountable.
